Robotic Demolition

Incorporating innovation into our day-to-day demolition tasks

Husqvarna Remoted Controlled Robot

To our ever-expanding fleet of specialized demolition tools, we have Husqvarna DXR remote-controlled demolition robots.Modern workhorses, the 100 & 300-series DXR robots boost production and efficiency while significantly improving worker safety on the jobsite and during demolition duties.

The robots' physical prowess and adaptability for moving around buildings frequently make them an essential part of our job sites every day.

Attachments & Capabilities

Breaker

The Concrete Breaker can be used at angles that are unachievable by a Mini-Ex or Bobcat. It has a variety of bits ranging from 24” to 76” long. This is ideal for day-to-day demolition tasks, such as bank vaults, stairwells and foundations.

Bucket

The Bucket is ideal for concrete slabs that have been cut and need to be lifted, heavy pieces of steel that need to be held while torch cut, large motors that need to be moved, etc.

Crusher

The Concrete Crushers can open up to a width of 15” and easily “munch” through concrete curbs, stairs, pads, etc.

Grapple

The Grapple can dead lift and maneuver up to 1,500 lbs. This is ideal for concrete slabs that have been cut and need to be lifted, heavy pieces of steel that need to be held while torch cut, large motors that need to be moved, etc.

Demolition & removal of a 6-story concrete stairway utilizing the Crusher attachment to break up the concrete and the Bucket attachment to remove the concrete.

It is crucial to keep in mind that the purpose of the units is to boost output and aid in lowering worker injuries. By using these devices, we can lessen the risky demolition work that our employees are exposed to.

The DXR 140 has produced some of the most astounding results in particular with several of our daily duties. The robots' breaker or hammer may be the most often utilized attachment. The "Deck Buster" or "Elephant Foot" is a crowd favorite. This bit is intended to make blunt contact with concrete surfaces. Instead of chipping or chiseling the concrete, it is intended to shake it. This is especially appealing when tearing down concrete that contains a lot of rebar.

With these pieces of equipment enhancing our current operation, we are once more outpacing our rivals and advancing the developments in the construction sector. Please advise supervisors if there is ever a need for these machines in the field, and we will send machines to the job sites.
